Making a paper prototype is kind of hard for me because first I don't know how to draw good and second I don't know what to make my background of and for me this is kind of difficult.For me is easier making it in flash because there are these materials that help you out while you are drawing your game.While drawing my paper prototype I got more ideas on what to put in at my background and also what more enemy's I can put.When I start like drawing my characters and my levels I got more ideas of what I can put on and for me the hardest thing is to draw the planets in my paper prototype but it does help me out because it give me a idea of how will my game almost look like.So drawing the paper prototype is hard but at the same time kind of helpful.
